Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026. By creating an account or using Dump, you agree to these terms.
Dump is offered by Dalina Dabush, based in Berlin, Germany, as an individual developer (not a registered company). Contact: hello@dump-app.com.
Dump is a photo-sharing app for small, invite-only groups of friends. Each week you can post up to 8 photos ("dumps"; this limit may change, and we may add other media such as video in the future) to the groups you choose. Friends only see the current week's dumps — the feed resets every Monday, and reactions are deleted once the week they belong to has finished. Your own dumps stay in your private history. You can be in up to 10 groups at a time. These terms apply to the Dump iOS app and dump-app.com.
Groups are invite-only. Only a group's owner can invite someone, by username or link. If you own a group and delete your account, ownership automatically transfers to another member so the group continues for everyone else.
Don't try to access another user's account, scrape or bulk-export data, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service's normal operation. Don't create groups or invites for people who haven't agreed to join.
If you see a photo, message or person that breaks these terms, you can report it in the app, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content and they no longer see yours. I review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: I may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without prior notice where the violation is serious. To reach me about a report or abuse directly, email hello@dump-app.com.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. This removes your photos and personal data from our systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dump is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, I'm liable only for breaches of essential obligations, and then only for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service.
German law applies, except that if you're a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply to you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app; Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
