Dump is made by one person, and every email gets read by me.
Questions, problems or feedback? Email hello@dump-app.com and I'll usually get back to you within a couple of days. You can also use Send feedback in the app's Settings.
If a photo, reply or person breaks the Terms of Service, tap the ••• button on it and choose Report. From the same menu you can block someone, so neither of you sees the other's content any more. I review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email hello@dump-app.com.
Every Monday. Friends only see this week's dumps, then it starts over. Your own dumps stay in your private history.
Groups are invite-only. Ask the group's owner to invite you by username or send you an invite link.
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Dump. It quietly shows your friends' photos from this week. The app's Settings has a step-by-step guide too.
Open the iPhone Settings app and go to Notifications → Dump.
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This removes your photos and personal data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
